This Project will be implemented by The Spanish Observatory of Validation of Non-formal and informal learning (Observal). It belog to the Departmet of Pedagogy. We prepare the future of professionals of career guidance by specialized subjects in the postgraduate courses. We have a wide experience in the field of career guidance with university students by using the “bilan de competences” (French methodology). We also have developed some experiences related to career guidance promoting workshops of Europass CV, self-marketing, job-seeking, and others.
